Dear valued friends, colleagues, and customers,
The entire team at David H. Fell & Co, first and foremost, wish you and your families well during this uncertain time. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation with our customers, suppliers and numerous health organizations and we are taking this situation very seriously.
To ensure we can safely continue to support our customers, DHF is adjusting business processes and safety protocols daily. These include social distancing and strict sanitary practices. We have been working diligently to modify our company-wide behavior to stay safe, based on CDC recommendations.
While health and safety will remain the top priority, we are as committed to continue producing quality DHF Mill Products and Refining Operations for you. All David H. Fell & Co locations will remain operational with some restrictions, such as extended lead times on product orders or refining settlements, and we are doing our best to minimize them during this time. Please consider staying ahead of your product planning in case we must adhere to any changes that are placed upon us.
The decisions we are making rely heavily on the guidance we are receiving from the health organizations and our number one priority is to protect the health and welfare of our employees, customers and suppliers. We recognize the uncertainty this global health issue is creating and we will keep you up to date regularly on our operational status.
